Dress Code & Stationery

It is part of the Special Character of Taikura Rudolf Steiner School that we do not have a uniform for students.

Stationery

Stationery packs ensure all students have the correct stationery for the commencement of the school year.  Stationery lists for the year are sent out to families at the end of the previous school year. Lower school and High School packs can be ordered online, via our stationery supplier or alternatively you can purchase stationery independently using the stationery lists provided.

In our students first year of school, class 1, stationery packs are not required.

Dress Code

Whilst the staff acknowledges that some students may be influenced by current fashion trends and experiment with their appearance, what they wear and how they wear it is important.

All students are role models for younger students and represent Taikura in the wider community, so clothing must be appropriate and functional for school activities.

There are public occasions, such as Carol Evening and off-site visits, where smart casual dress is required.
